-Evaluate current performance of the plants, overall and by process steps (boilers, turbines,condensers, sand filter, cooling towers, heat exchangers, gas scrubbers, clarifiers, etc.)
-Identify improvements areas by comparing with industry best practices and norms
-Propose specific modifications / upgrades to improve performance and reduce total cost of operation.
-Provide basis engineering services for modifications / upgrades (mass balance, process and instrumentation diagrams, equipment technical specifications, construction drawings, bill of materials, etc.)
-Assist in the construction, installation, start-up and commissioning
-Provide training of operators and engineers
ON NEW PLANTS
-Design a new water plant according to the best technology for the specific industry and according to the best practices and norms
-Provide basis engineering services for modifications / upgrades (mass balance, process flow diagrams, layout drawings process and instrumentation diagrams, equipment technical specifications, construction drawings, bill of materials, etc.)
-Assist in the selection of suitable equipment and suppliers
-Assist in construction, installation, start-up and commissioning
-Provide training of operators and engineers
